2. Competition Period

The competition opens on Monday, 21 September 2026 and closes at 12:00 PM AEST on Saturday, 17 October 2026. Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open strictly to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Le Art Emporium and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official entry form on the landing page linked in our Instagram bio or at https://leartemporium.com/pages/give-away during the Competition Period. Entrants must submit a valid name and email address.

• Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be automatically disqualified.

5. Prizes

There are six (6) individual prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) Le Art Emporium artwork print.

• Strictly limited to one (1) artwork prize per person across six (6) unique winners.
• Prizes are non transferable, non exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Le Art Emporium reserves the right to substitute any prize item with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

Six (6) individual winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

7. Winner Notification

All six (6) winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entry by the end of October 2026. Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within 7 days, Le Art Emporium reserves the right to redraw a new winner from the remaining valid entries.

8. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to a physical delivery address in Australia nominated by each winner. Standard postage within Australia is paid by Le Art Emporium. Le Art Emporium accepts no responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit once handed to the delivery carrier.

9. Privacy & Marketing

Personal information collected through this competition will be used by Le Art Emporium to administer the contest and to send marketing and promotional emails. By entering, you consent to receive email communications from Le Art Emporium. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in the footer of any email. 10. General Conditions

• Le Art Emporium reserves the right to verify entry validity and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Le Art Emporium reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the giveaway.
