• Framed Artwork: Takes 3 to 4 weeks, as every piece is custom printed and framed just for you.
• International Shipping: Sent as rolled prints only, with delivery times varying a bit depending on your location. 

We offer free expedited worldwide shipping on all art print orders of $350 or more. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

• Format: Unstretched and unframed canvas or paper, safely packaged in a protective heavy duty tube.
• Value: Our most budget friendly option, perfect if you prefer using a trusted local framer.
• Timeline: Ships quickly in 7 to 10 business days.

If you ever need guidelines or specs for your framer, we're always on standby to assist them directly so your piece is displayed seamlessly.

Because artwork requires extra care, we recommend being present to receive your delivery. While we request signatures, third party couriers may occasionally leave packages unattended.

If you won't be available, we are happy to help:

• Delay dispatch: We can hold your order and ship it on a date that suits your schedule.
• Change address: You can update your delivery to a work or alternative address.
• Safe drop: For deliveries handled by the Le Art Emporium studio van, you can request an authority to leave in a secure spot.

If your tracking information hasn't updated within 3 business days, please reach out to the Le Art Emporium team so we can investigate. In most cases, the package is simply experiencing a temporary transit delay, but notifying us allows us to follow up directly with the courier on your behalf.

Yes. Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur import duties, taxes, and local customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and remain outside of Le Art Emporium’s control.

Your art is packaged with the utmost care. Framed and stretched artworks are protected with bubble wrap and reinforced cardboard. Unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a heavy-duty mailing tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Due to the large dimensions of our artwork packaging, Le Art Emporium is unable to ship to PO Boxes. To avoid dispatch delays, please ensure you provide a physical residential or commercial address at checkout.

We ship unframed, rolled canvas prints worldwide. Our Stretched (Ready to Hang) and Professionally Framed artworks are currently available for shipping to Australia only. 

Yes, Le Art Emporium offers complimentary worldwide shipping. Please note that all international orders are shipped rolled only. To ensure your piece arrives safely and prevent damage during transit, we are unable to ship framed artwork.

It varies by piece! We offer limited runs (typically 200, 300 or 500 per size and material) as well as open editions.
