Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is paramount. Although uncommon, an order may arrive with damage from shipping or a manufacturing defect. In such cases, or if you've received an incorrect item, we are committed to providing a swift resolution.

We ask that you examine your artwork as soon as it arrives. Should you discover any defect, damage, or discrepancy with your order, please notify us immediately so we can begin to resolve the matter for you.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of the delivery time.

To expedite your claim, we require photographic evidence. Please email us with clear images of the following:

  • The complete shipping box, showing any external damage.

  • The shipping label attached to the box.

  • The specific damage to the artwork or frame.

In the event a direct replacement cannot be provided, we will offer you store credit or a gift card equivalent to your original purchase price.

If an inspection of the item is necessary, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for its return. However, in most instances, a physical return is not required to process your replacement or credit. Claims for damage or defects reported more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations and Exchanges

Our art prints are produced on-demand specifically for you. Consequently, any requests to cancel or modify an order must be made within 60 minutes of purchase. Once this brief window has passed, your order is sent to production, and we can no longer guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible.

For Customers in the European Union In accordance with regulations for orders delivered to the European Union, customers have a 14 day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel your order for any reason without providing a justification. If the product is shipped the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. 

Processing Refunds Following an approved cancellation, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your financial institution may require additional time to credit the funds to your account. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or cancellations based on a change of mind once the applicable cancellation period one hour for standard orders has expired.

Each fine art print is a custom piece created specifically for your order. Because we do not maintain stock, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or a change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items Items purchased on sale and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
